Manisha is a skilled international commercial lawyer with a strong environmental law background. She joined Logan & Partners as Of Counsel focusing on technology, commercial and corporate law, as well as environmental law and policies.

She trained and qualified as a lawyer in India, working for Udwadia & Udeshi Law Practices as well as Pangea3 Legal. She then joined Logan & Partners where she worked for 5 years as an Associate, supporting the commercial and corporate law practice. She successfully advised on, draft and negotiated commercial agreements for procurement and marketing teams for various international clients.

Relocating to U.S., Manisha gained an advance degree in environmental law and policy from Lewis & Clark Law School in U.S. and worked on various legal projects in this area.

Throughout her career, Manisha has practiced law in Europe, U.S., and in Asia, gaining a solid expertise in corporate and commercial law, as well as in handling environmental legal issues for international companies in various industries.

Manisha is based in Portland, Oregon, U.S.
In her spare time, she enjoys meditation, cooking and exploring ancient civilizations.
