She has worked as a lawyer in United Kingdom, and in Asia and she has expertise in intellectual property, commercial and corporate law. Usha has drafted and negotiated legal agreements in the areas of IT, software licensing, cloud services, procurement (FMCG), engineering services, M&A deals, commercial joint ventures, and sales and international distributorship.
