Kevin is an international compliance lawyer with a deep background in litigation and internal investigations. Kevin is working with Logan & Partners as Of Counsel. Kevin has more than 20 years of experience – as in-house counsel for a Fortune Global 500 company in Europe and in private practice at top-tier US law firms – helping companies and executives tackle their most challenging issues.

Kevin trained and qualified in the US, working for the law firms Foley & Larder and Winston & Strawn.  He was elected Partner in the Litigation Department at Winston, where he conducted a broad practice involving civil and commercial litigation, international arbitration, and internal investigations in numerous industries, including financial services, securities, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and technology.

Following his US experience, Kevin moved to an in-house position at Philip Morris International’s (PMI) global operations center in Lausanne, Switzerland. While at PMI, Kevin drove and managed complex and high stakes litigation with enterprise-wide significance. Building upon his initial role, Kevin earned the trust and confidence of senior management to add worldwide responsibility for the company’s anti-corruption compliance program for more than two years. In that role, he guided enhancements to further embed a culture of compliance up, down, and across the global organization in a highly regulated industry. During the early stages of PMI’s transformation from legacy manufacturer into tech-based disrupter, Kevin proactively helped the company to identify and mitigate corruption risks associated with PMI’s new products and business practices.

Kevin earned a law degree (Juris Doctor) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree (History and Political Science), magna cum laude, from Marquette University.
